We, Exotic Oriental Crafts (Pvt.) Ltd. and its sister concern the Thakur Oriental Crafts, established in 1986, are based in Lalitpur, Kathmandu, Nepal. We manufacture and export high quality hand-knotted Nepalese carpets using traditional handlooms and skilled weavers. Our office space, showroom and warehouse facilities are presently located in Bhainsepati, Lalitpur, twenty minutes drive from the Kathmandu Tribhuvan International airport.View Map
We have our own designer and we maintain one of the largest showrooms in town. We have successfully exported high quality hand-knotted Nepalese carpets to all major carpet importing countries like Germany, Belgium, Austria, Holland, Spain, Denmark, Canada, Turkey, Switzerland, Japan, Korea and the USA. We are the founding members of Nepal Carpet Exporters Association. We are also the members of, Rugmark Foundation Nepal, which guarantees that no illegal child labor is being used in the making of our carpets.
